Logo and collateral design for CPC Integrated Health, an organization providing wellness services to individuals and families within the community, based in Eatontown NJ. The visual connection of the P and the C in the logo represents CPC’s mission of providing whole health through an integrated system of care.

In addition to the logo, a full style guide was created, as well as a collateral package consisting of a letterhead, business cards and an envelope. Additionally, an annual report was designed to show CPC’s impact within the community and highlight all of their wonderful achievements.
