The 2014 Annual Report for the Adult Congenital Heart Association and an accompanying postcard in the same look and feel. The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is an organization which is dedicated to supporting individuals and families living with congenital heart disease and advancing the care and treatment available to the community. Their mission is to improve and extend the lives of people born with heart defects through education, advocacy and promoting research.
The scope of this project was to represent ACHA’s mission through eye-catching colorful graphics focusing on teamwork and partnership while also highlight the year’s events and introducing future goals. I chose to focus on merging lines using ACHA’s bold color palette, coming together to form a heart. This speaks to forming a community and working together for a common goal. This theme was carried through to the interior of the piece as well as the accompanying postcard.
